- How do I place an order?
Simply follow these steps:- Browse through our product catalog.
- Click "Add to Cart" for the items you want.
- When you're ready, click on the cart icon and proceed to Checkout.
- Fill in your shipping details and select your payment method.
- Confirm your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation shortly.
- Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, you can check out as a guest.
However, we recommend creating an account to:- Track your orders
- Access your purchase history
- Receive exclusive offers and updates

- How long does delivery take?
For local delivery in Singapore:- Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped.
- Can I pick up my order at the gym?
Currently, all orders are delivered via courier.
We may offer self-pickup at The Gym Pod (113 Clementi) in the near future-stay tuned! - Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us at caresolutions.sg@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund. - Do I earn loyalty points when I shop?
Yes! The registered account will earn Care Points with every purchase.- You can redeem points for discounts on future orders.
